If a customer is not satisfied with any BioRenew Skincare product, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping and handling costs are not included in refunds or exchanges. If a customer wishes to return or exchange an item, the product should be shipped back to BioRenew. If a BioRenew Skincare® product is purchased at a retail location other than this website, it must be returned to the original point of purchase.
It may take up to 2 weeks to process refunds or exchanges. In the event of a refund, we will credit the same card you used for your original purchase. If you paid with a money order and are due a refund, we will send you a refund check within 30 days of the date that you filed the refund request with us.

Please include your full name, telephone number (with area code), mailing address, original receipt (packing slip), detailed reason for the refund or exchange and the minimally or unused product in question. Also please indicate if you are requesting a refund or exchange for another product.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Shipping charges are determined by the United States Postal Service. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 USD. This does not include orders shipped via Express Mail service or international orders (outside the U.S.). Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance, even in the instance of a return/exchange.
Shipping rates are based on standard U.S. Priority Mail prices or a flat Fed-ex fee.Our system will present the shipping cost prior to closing out your order. You will have an opportunity to see the shipping price before your credit card is charged and your order is processed.
We are not responsible for your order once it has been shipped. Our policy is to ship the order to the address that you request your order to be shipped to during the check-out process. However, if there is a problem, our Customer Service Representatives will do their best to assist you in resolving the matter.
We ship all orders via Fed-ex Ground (unless expidited service is requested) with delivery confirmation. Fed-ex Ground usually delivers Priority Mail within 3-5 business days and expidited service within 1-2 business days. If your order does not arrive within 3-5 business days or 1-2 business days (for expidited service), you may not be entitled to a refund. Sometimes Fed-ex takes an extra day or two to deliver packages to their destination. When calculating the ship date, please do not include Sundays or U.S. holidays.
If you are sent a partial order due to an item being out-of-stock, we will send you the products that are in stock immediately and then the backordered items as soon as they become available. You will not incur additional shipping charges in this instance.

Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
